SERS spectrum of drug XEFO

About the analyte: XEFO is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used against pain. Active substance: Lornoxicam.

Chemical composition:

Sampling method: immersion; SERS substrates we immeresed into water solutions of XEFO drug for ~20 hours and rinsed with deionized water afterwards.

Raman system: Jobin Yvon (Horiba);

Laser: 785nm, 1mW power;

Lens: 10x magnification;

Integration time: 1 s (measured for 50 s and normalized to 1 s afterwards).
